Renovation of outdated buildings with inappropriate structural system with low load-bearing capacity of ceilings and low structural height was commissioned. We proposed demolition and new construction as a more economical solution. The building is designed as a six-storey cube with a reinforced concrete skeleton structure with a span of 5x5m with an internal atrium that meets all the requirements of a modern medical environment.
